Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, I appreciate the many words of encouragement and commitments to pray that I have received this week. My surgery is sometime on Thursday. I won’t know until tests are done exactly is going on, but the preliminary prognosis is very good.
Because of my surgery and schedule, I’d like to move the Men’s Prayer Breakfast back one week. If you had signed up for this week or had planned to, let’s move it back to the second Saturday – February 8th. Not only will that put it further down the road of my recovery, but also after Souped Up!
Beth has prepared a sign up for desserts for Souped Up! Our annual customers have raved about the amazing desserts that come with their meals or are available with our buffet. We need the desserts by Wednesday afternoon, February 5th so they can be made ready first thing Thursday morning. If you would like lunch delivered to your place of business on Thursday, February 6th, please get Beth that information by Monday, February 3rd.
Pray for those shut in: Ross and Carol are both at the Lutheran Home for rehab and strength building, Tom and Wayne are both at Edenbrook on National Avenue, remember also Bonnie and Janet.
