Book Fair and Grandparents’ Day
Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family: An “Usborne Books & More” book fair is set up in the back of the auditorium. Books will be available tonight at Awana/Bible study through Friday’s Grandparents’ Day. Trinity Baptist School will receive up to 50% of the sales in FREE books. Our elementary teachers are preparing a “wish list.” If you’d like, you could purchase books from the teachers’ wish list for our elementary classrooms. Come and check out the book fair. My wife tells me these will make great Christmas presents for grandchildren. It is being held by our former teacher, Mrs. Jaclyn Carpenter. She will accept cash, credit cards, or your checks.
Grandparents’ Day this Friday, October 5th, is open to anyone who’d like to see what’s going on at Trinity Baptist School. Lunch is around noon with a short program to follow. Please be our guest. Soups served will include chili, potato, Italian Tortellini, beef barley, and cheesy pepper. Leftovers will be available for purchase. 2019 calendars and Kwik Trip scrip will also be available on Friday.
