Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 5:3 “My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; In the morning I will direct it to You, And I will look up.” David determined to be regular in his private worship. He told God that He could plan on hearing David’s voice in the morning. O may my voice be heard often in heaven’s throne room. May I frequently turn my face towards my Heavenly Father.
Tuesday, tomorrow, we return to Men for Christ Bible study. Our topic tomorrow will be last week’s Here a Little on marriage. What does the Bible say about marriage? Men are invited to join us at the church at 6:00 a.m.
Also, this Saturday is the first Saturday of the month, so it is Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. This is a sweet time of encouragement and prayer. If you did not sign up and are able to come, let me know by Friday afternoon.
I was blessed by the ministry of Rachel Steffensmeier on Sunday. Her testimony after lunch was instructive on the means God uses in all of our lives.
This coming Sunday evening is our quarterly Congregational Meeting. We have updated school budget numbers. We will have financial reports from the first quarter of our current fiscal year. Our Outreach Committee is recommending to the church that we add two missionaries to our budget at $100 per month – Rebekah Fruin to Ukraine and Junior and Abby Taylor to Mozambique. We will vote on this recommendation. We are also going to hear testimonies of the Haydens for church membership.
Pray for our country. Pray for Peace. Pray for revival in our hearts. Pray for God’s Word to be our truth.
