Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 90 was written by Moses on the subject of time. Psalm 90:12 reads “So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” This is my prayer for us, that as we stand at the threshold of 2021 we might account wisely for our time. “Oh, God help us to use the opportunities of 2021 for your glory.”
Bill S tells us that Kim had surgery to remove galls stones and her gall bladder. She is still in a lot of pain, but should be better soon. Keep praying for Norma D.
Tonight is Family Fun N Games at the church at 6:00 p.m. Come just for the pot luck or come later for the games. Stay as long as you wish.
If you are coming to the Men’s Prayer Breakfast on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and you have not signed up, please let me know ASAP.
We are looking for someone who would be interested in taking the lead in decorating our church for the seasons. If you have a desire to help with this, please speak to Beth or myself. If you are able to help take down Christmas decorations over the next week or so, we’d like help there too.
On Sunday morning we will consider how Peter was so sure of “these things.” Charlie is preaching from Genesis in the evening service. The Quarterly Business meeting will be on the evening of January 10th.
May our hearts be lifted in praise to our God for He alone is worthy.
