Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family: Psalm 24:7-8 “Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.” Remind yourself to prepare for God to rule in your heart today. “Oh God, may I be removed from the throne of my heart that you may have your place.”
Pray for Team Mexico. Final details are being put in place. Jeremy and Levi will be flying out early in the morning Saturday to be joined by the rest of the team mid-day in California. Pray that all the connections be made and details go smoothly. Pray for the team members physical and spiritual health. Pray that God be glorified in these efforts.
Pray for those who are hurting. Today would have been LeAnn’s 81st birthday. Randy and Jan will be traveling to Illinois next week to be with Jan’s sister Judy’s family. Many others are hurting in body and soul.
Pray for the Lord’s Day. I preach/teach 3 times on Sunday! In adult Sunday School we will be seeing the Kingdom of God in the royal psalms. In the morning preaching time we will see how Jesus responds when a woman caught in adultery is brought before Him, and then, after church dinner we will share in Isaiah’s prayer for God to be God in Isaiah 64.
Sunday is church dinner day!
