I visited Tony and Ross in the hospital on Monday. They both seemed to be healing. Pray that Tony has victory over these infections. Ross and Carol would both appreciate your visits and prayers. Carol is at the Lutheran home and Ross ought to be there soon. Remember to pray for strength and healing for Jeremy. Barb and Patty are still in the middle of receiving treatments. And continue to pray for Mark Shaeffer and his family. Jeremy plans to travel to Ohio this weekend. Pray for their strength and safety.
Our wall project is progressing. The new window is in and the exterior work is progressing quickly. They expect to be finished except for the interior painting by the end of this week.
Sunday is church dinner day! This is a great time to maintain relationships within the body of Christ.
We have added two last-minute committee meetings to the calendar with one item of business each. The Building/Grounds Committee is meeting this Saturday morning at 8a to discuss a bid we have received concerning our hot water system. The Outreach Committee is going to meet this Sunday in between the morning service and church dinner to discuss plans for a youth orientated mission trip for this summer. Neither meeting should take very long.
Pray that this church be and do what God desires in all things.
