Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family: 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. Our love for God erases fear. If we fear it means we are anticipating judgment or destruction. If we have a mature and confident love of God in our hearts, we cannot fear. We know God’s love!
Believers around the world are expressing their confidence in Christ. This is good. Let’s not be hypocrites and put our faith in Walmart, UPS, or government. Let our faith not be in social distancing or medicine. May our faith be in God’s love for us and our confidence from our love for Him.
Pray for one another. It’s especially hard to grieve for others when we all have our own worries. Pray for Ron and Amy Hayden. Amy’s uncle has passed away. Also pray for Patsy Elsinger and the family of Betty Scheer. Betty was a 92 year old member of Calvary Bible Church. Her passing is a sadness to Patsy because Betty was a mentor to Patsy.
Pray for our community. Pray for our Congregation and its witness in this community at this time.
Our morning service will be on facebook at 10a. We ask you to stay away in submission to our governing authorities unless it has been requested you be here as part of the worship team. We will be in Romans 12:1-2 and talking about our mission as a church.
We will begin broadcasting a Bible study on Wednesday evenings at 7:00p. We will let you know more about this by Tuesday of next week.
