Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 107:8 Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men! Psalm 107 depicts many scenarios of those who do right and those who do wickedly. Sometimes the results are good and sometimes they are not. Ultimately the psalm teaches us our all-important default in the circumstances of life – the Providence of God. We will never in this life understand why things happen, but we can always rest in knowing that God is God.
Pray for Pastor Larry Witt of 1st Baptist. I understand he is in the hospital with Covid.
Kayla S’s surgery went well. The blood clot was removed and a stent was put in. Dale was hoping to bring her home early today.
I’ve heard nothing more from my surgeon’s scheduler. I imagine partly because he is still sick. Since it took them over two months for this surgery, I’m not expecting anything soon. My agenda is to go forward until I know differently.
Acts 29 meets this Friday, 7:00 p.m. at the Brakers. This Bible study is for young adults.
Saturday, March 4th at 8:00 a.m. at the church is Men’s Prayer Breakfast. I was not planning on being there, but now I am going to show up!
Pray for one another. Pray for our country. Pray for repentance among God’s people. Pray for us as a church to understand and obey God’s Word.
