Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Thank you to those of you who prayed for our traveling safety. Lin, Sarah, and I made it to KC and back without any mishaps. We spent time with Lin’s brother’s family at John’s memorial and then in the evening with some of my family who live in KC. It was a busy and profitable trip. We are happy to be home.
Pray for Pastor Shaeffer as he ministers God’s Word to us both in our morning and evening preaching. Also pray for a serious unspoken request that was relayed to us by a church family today. Pray too for the Struska family. Dale tested positive for COVID this week and is working out what that means for a quarantine for his family.
I received the following news this week through the local pastor’s fellowship concerning COVID vaccines: “All FdL County residents who are 65 or older can now begin to contact our Health Department to make an appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Simply dial 920-929-3085 and then press 1 to be taken to the scheduling department. Because of high call volume, you will most likely be asked to leave a voicemail message that includes your first and last name, your phone number and an email address. Someone from the Health Department WILL reach back out to you – most likely via email – but please be aware it might take up to a week for that to happen because of the high demand in these early days and weeks.
Appointments can be scheduled now. Vaccinations will be administered at the FdL County Expo Center beginning Wednesday, January 27.”
God is worthy of our trust and praise.
Embracing truth, Pastor
