Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, “Rejoice in the LORD always. Again I will say, Rejoice!” I pray that as you begin this work week your heart is fixed on good things, even better, that it be fixed on God – who He is and what He is doing for you.
I rejoice in the good Lord’s Day we had. We had good attendance throughout the day. Last evening we had a very good Outreach Committee meeting and heard good preaching. I especially am excited about the giving to our Mission budget. As the Outreach Committee met last night, we made a recommendation to the church to keep our current Mission support in place. That said, we also talked about some good missionaries we would either like to add to our budget or increase our support. If designating to Missions is not part of your regular giving, I encourage you to consider it.
Pray for health and strength Ross and Carol Purcell and Tom Michler. Pray for the Veldman family. They have four students in our high school. Their grandfather, Pastor Lyle Ohman, passed away this weekend. Many will remember Lyle from shared concerts we had with Faith Baptist in Plymouth many years ago. Pray for traveling safety and for comfort for the Veldman/Ohman families.
