Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Do you ever feel like something is missing? Like something has been taken away or maybe you never received it all? The Bible studies I have led recently have reminded me that I am complete in Him. Colossians 2:10 There are no parts missing, batteries are included, I have all I need. The secret is found in where I get my satisfaction. If it is in money, then something is missing. If it is in entertainment or pleasure, I’ve been shorted. But if my joy, peace, and contentment are found in Christ, then I have everything!
Pastor Charlie would have me tell you that he has discounted tickets available to the Fond du Lac Bears game on Saturday evening at Blue Line at 8:00 p.m. (hockey) I’m told the Bears are having a good year. Contact Charlie if you’d like to join his group. Old people are welcome!
We could still use a fruit tray for 20, two veggie trays for 20, and a couple of servers/clean-up for Sunday lunch when we feed the MBU Tonal Defenders. Get a blessing by being a blessing. If you’d like to help with this, contact Beth.
40 students from Maranatha will be live with us during the Sunday School hour (8:45 a.m.) and the morning service this Sunday, February 19th. They will take the entire Sunday School hour and bring a package of music in the morning service.
I am continuing my Mark walk on Sunday mornings. Pastor Shaeffer is our Sunday evening preacher. The Children’s Choir will sing this Sunday evening.
The annual WFBC Pastors’ and Wives’ Retreat is Monday and Tuesday in Elkorn, WI. Pray for our safety and refreshment as the 6 of attend.
