Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 75:1 We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks! For Your wondrous works declare that Your name is near.
What a fun Lord’s Day! Doug and Cheryl Boisvert were a blessing as they shared their “final report” of Tri-M ministries. They will be retiring from their relationship with Tri-M at the end of December. Our support of them will also end at that time. We had other visitors including Pastor Rory and his family. We had 86 at Church Dinner! Our Annual Congregation Meeting went well. If you did not pick up an agenda/report, I have printed some extras that are in the rack in the back of the church.
Roberta tells me that her mom, Anita, has been in the hospital since last Monday. They think she might have had a stroke. Pray for her healing. Roberta asks that we pray for “wisdom and discernment and that somehow we would make the right decisions going forward. That in all of this, we would honor God and draw closer together.”
Tim S tells me that his niece is recovering from her spinal bifida surgery as expected. When they sat her up for the first time they had a little problem because she is so small. Continue to pray for his brother Steve and their family at this time.
We will have our regular Wednesday evening Bible studies and prayer time tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. May the Word of God be rich among us
Take some time this weekend to pray for our country. Pray that Christians be the salt and light we ought to be. Pray that the Spirit of God might draw people to the gospel. Pray for forgiveness for our many sins.
