Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family,
Psalm 12:1-2 Help, Lord, for the godly man ceases! For the faithful disappear from among the sons of men. 2 They speak idly everyone with his neighbor; with flattering lips and a double heart they speak.
The Pastors and our wives had an enjoyable and profitable time in Janesville. The preaching was different this year because of the theme of Biblical ethics. It was mentally challenging. I believe it was good for us to be there.
I bring you two prayer requests this morning. First, Jon Birschbach’s dad passed away. Roger Birschbach was brother of Wayne – our one time member who passed away two years ago. Roger was a long time employee at Kitz & Pheil. A visitation will be held at Trinity Baptist Church on Wednesday, September 25th at 11:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m.
Then, we learned last night that our former member, Pastor Roger Siedschlag, was run over by a tractor he was working on yesterday afternoon. He was flighted to a trauma center with many broken bones and internal injuries. Pray for his healing and great skill for the doctors. Pray for Sharon and their children as they deal with this tragic circumstance. Pray also for 1st Baptist Church, Horicon.
