Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 46:1-3 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 Though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah” The psalmist paints an awesome picture – a mountain carried into the midst of the sea. Even then, God is our help and we will not fear.

Pray for Matt and Lillie M. Because of possible complications, Lillie is being induced but they are being careful not to go too fast. Pray for their strength and that this baby might come today!

Pray also for Dave and Patsy E. Dave went to the ER a week ago and learned that he has an inflamed artery that could cause complications including loss of eyesight. They have spent the past week doctoring. Pray for his healing and safety for his eyes.

Continue to pray for Dave R as he works through grief on the many details that need attention. Also remember Tim and Lisa since the passing of Tim’s mom.

Thank you for the many who supported our school by purchasing soup. We had a good Thursday. We still have a few each of Italian Tortellini, Chicken Vegetable Rice, Cream of Chicken Vegetable, and Cream of Potato. They are now frozen. Contact Beth if youi’d like to pick some up. I’m going to take some to my dad and step-mom next time we go see them.

This coming Saturday, February 10th is our annual Family Valentine Party. This is a kid-friendly event. Bring a dish or two to share for a pot luck meal and plan on a fun evening. We will plan to eat at 5:00 p.m.

May I remind you of the words from Sunday’s text: “we do not yet see all things under him.” This world is out of control. “But we see Jesus …” We know the Sovereign who will one day set all thing right. Praise Him today!

Embracing Truth. Equipping Saints.
