Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, What is your joy? What is your crown or glory? Apostle Paul said his was found in those to whom he ministered. 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20 “For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming? 20 For you are our glory and joy. 3:8 For now we live, if you stand fast in the Lord.” We ought to be a blessing to each other. Those who minister should find great joy in the lives of those to whom they minister. And those who receive ministry should also find joy in their ministers. Reciprocal joy! To whom have I been a blessing? Who has been a blessing to me? Am I cognizant of the importance of being a blessing to others? When Jesus returns, we ought to be crediting each other for our success in Christian maturity.
