Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 100 Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! 2 Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing. 3 Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. 4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. 5 For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.

The mission trip team left town this morning. They are already in Indiana and heading east through a rain storm. Pray for safety as they drive, easy connections with the Struskas, and effective ministry for the coming week.

VBS WANTED begins two weeks from tomorrow. I see on the Ministry Opportunity Tables that we are still looking for a couple of teachers for the younger classes. If you are able to help in the evenings Sunday, July 23rd through Thursday, July 27th, please sign up tomorrow. If you have any questions, contact Beth B. She will be back in town by Wednesday.

We have praises from both Mollie H and Kathy R. Mollie is on a drug that is helping her lungs. Kathy has learned of a treatment that could eliminate the nodules in her lungs. Kathy is asking we pray that her insurance will cover this procedure. Pray for a niece of the Curt O who is away from the Lord. Pray for 3 families who are traveling home from trips this weekend. Pray for healing for work associates of Joe C – Duane and Ben.

Tomorrow morning I will be in Mark 9, an account of Jesus’ transfiguration. In the auditorium adult Sunday School class, we will study Jeremiah 32. In the New Members’ class, they will be finishing their walk through our doctrinal statement and talk about giving at TBC. Pastor Shaeffer is our preacher on Sunday evening. He has begun a walk through the book of Ezra. We have a worship committee meeting at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow.

On Monday I get to meet with some pastors to discuss a new history book titled The Rise and Fall of Dispensationalism. The author has agreed to join us. I am looking forward to the stimulation and the fellowship.

May you rejoice in who God is and all He has done for you. May you be encouraged by His Presence.

Embracing Truth. Equipping Saints. Pastor
