Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 97:1 The Lord reigns; Let the earth rejoice; Let the multitude of isles be glad! The psalmist speaks as if God is literally reigning on a throne on the earth. This will happen someday. But today, all the world ought to rejoice and the people of the earth be glad because God reigns.
I want to thank the many from Trinity Baptist Church who came to the committal service for Ross Purcell yesterday. I know his family was encouraged by your presence. Many members of the SCAMP band were also able to attend. May God’s Word be effective in hearts who were present.
We have Bible studies for all ages tonight at the church at 7:00 p.m. Charlie will be teaching the adults from Genesis 6 – the flood. We will put this study on our Facebook page.
The Dave Shell Memorial Auction is ongoing. You could stop by the church from noon until 8:00 p.m. on Friday to see baskets, but all bidding is being done at biddingowl.com. Set up an account and support the school ministry of our church. The fun of outbidding and being outbid has begun!
Spring Work day at Trinity Baptist Church is this Saturday from 8:00 a.m until noon. We will wash windows, wash chairs, shampoo chairs, change light bulbs, and more. Families are welcome to come and work together on projects.
Rejoice in the security of our reigning King. Be a blessing today.
