Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family: This preacher had fun on Sunday! I know I have it good, but I really enjoyed the opportunity to worship with God’s people this Lord’s Day.

Sunday is our annual church picnic. We are going to meet at Cory and Beth Mohr’s home at N5495 River Road. So after church, change into fun clothes, grab your dish to pass and lawn chairs, and come prepared for a great time of food and fellowship. Hamburgers with all the fixings, lemonade, water, ice tea, and all the table service (plates, cups, plastic ware) will be provided.

The big tournament at the picnic these past few years has been “corn hole.” Grab your partner and join the tournament. And pray the rain stays away on Sunday!

Awana begins two weeks from tomorrow! We have a Director’s meeting tomorrow evening at 7:00pm. Then next week there is a meeting for all Awana Leaders – youth included, Both nights there will be a Bible study from Isaiah for those not in the Awana meeting. Tomorrow evening we are at Isaiah 56.

Pray for one another. Remember Missionary Troesters as they continue to ask city officials for written permission to build their church on their property. Remember Jeremy as he continues to seek answers for his pain and discomfort. Remember Mark Shaeffer. Pray for strength and healing for Patty Fitch, Darryl Mayes, Lisa Chiero, and Barb Oechsner. Pray for salvation of lost friends and family. Pray that God’s presence will be evident in our worship this Lord’s Day.
