Dear Trinity  Baptist Church Family, Psalm 150 Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament! 2 Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! 3 Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! 4 Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! 5 Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals! 6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!

Believers praise God. We praise Him in church. We praise Him in the great outdoors. We praise Him for what He does. We praise Him for who He is. We praise Him by a variety of means. As long as we live, we praise God. Believers praise God.

Yesterday, Lola had a very long day of surgery. They repaired bone, they grafted muscle, and they repaired vessels. They were not able to replace skin, so I am assuming there is another surgery yet to come. We have been asked to pray against infection and clots. Please pray for Lola’s healing and for grace for her family.

I was told by an oncologist yesterday that the PEP scan I received on Friday did not “light up” the spot on my lymph node as expected if it was the assumed cancer. This might be good news, if we knew what it was. The attempt at a biopsy at Agensian on Monday failed. The oncologist is sending my file to Froedtert. I am expecting a call from them to schedule a biopsy there. I am truly at a “wait and see” place. I purpose to trust God and the best wisdom available to me. Your prayers and love are appreciated.

Bonnie is back at Sage Meadows. Because she was at the hospital, she is in a 14 day quarantine. She would love cards and phone calls. It is likely now that she did not have a stroke but an infection.

Thank and praise God for His protection of our church. Pray for the coming election. Pray for souls to be saved and come to church.

A crew is beginning the exterior south wall project on Saturday! It will be good to have this eye sore and maintenance headache covered with vinyl siding that matches much of the rest of the building.

The teens have a kickball/cookout event at McDermott Park at 4:00 p.m. this Saturday.

Embracing Truth, Pastor
