Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family: May you be strong in faith and full of God’s love this good day.
Carol Purcell is scheduled to go home tomorrow. She and Ross will be living together for the first time in 2 months! She has asked that the church meals to their home next week. If you are willing to participate in this ministry of kindness, there will be a sign-up on Sunday or you can contact Beth Braker. Pray that the Purcells continue to increase in strength and the ability to care for themselves.
Barb Oechsner is in the hospital. She has blood clots in her legs and lungs. Besides her broken shoulder, she is in a lot of pain from her chemo treatments. Pray for her healing and pray for wisdom for the doctors and the Rabe family.
Pray for Tom and LeAnn. LeAnn’s dementia has progressed to the point that her level of care is likely going to be increased. Pray for strength for her and wisdom for Tom as options are considered.
Many use the boxes in the back of the church for Christmas cards. Two names have recently been added that where not on the last print out: Gary and Sandy Heinz, Joe and Ashleigh Von Gunten.
Carols and Sweets is Thursday, December 13th – one week from tonight at 6:30p. We will again be taking an offering for our TBS teaching staff at that concert. This is a combined concert of TBS and our church choir. Amy has prepared a fun and varied program. You are going to like this. Sign up on Sunday to bring sweets to the concert or contact Beth.
Sunday morning we are going to talk about Jesus’ disciples. Are you one?
