Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”
I want to update you about some prayer requests. First, Jean W went to Froedtert last evening for an emergency surgery to remove a blood clot in her leg. Her toes were turning purple from lack of circulation. The surgery went well. She will be at Froedtert for a while.
Beth M is home. She is feeling well but being careful about what she eats. She will talk with a surgeon on the 16th. She intends to be back in school on Monday.
Patsy continues to get better and gain strength. Dave tells me that she “is exhausted.”
At Men’s Prayer breakfast this morning I learned that Tim Sch’s dad has a cancer that affects his protein levels. Pray for wisdom for doctors as they determine how to treat this.
Pray for teachers and students in these last weeks of school.
Hug your mom if you are fortunate enough to be with her this weekend.
Embracing Truth, Pastor
