Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family: I remember a March when we had some very warm weather and Ken got his garden tilled and partially planted before April 1. Not this year. I own that it has been a challenge to remain focused upon God’s goodness and joy. God is good. I am forever saved. And God will bring spring in His good time! Until, carry on …
Set your clocks ahead! For those of us who still have time pieces that require manual setting, turn your clock ahead an hour before you go to bed. If you are a parent of young children, advance the clock, announce that it is bedtime, and then get a head start on your week by getting to bed early yourself!
Don’t miss Sunday School. I am enjoying our walk through Deuteronomy and I hear great things about the study Darryl is leading through Ecclesiastes. (I see the Mayes have announced on facebook that they are going to be grandparents.)
Pray for one another. Pray for our missionaries. Rejoice, the Martins have set a departure date – Tuesday, March 26!
Tomorrow we will look at the faith of 4 men who brought their friend to Jesus – Mark 2. It’s pretty easy to apply this text to us. Come be encouraged.
