I pray you had a blessed Lord’s Day. I caught the end of Pastor Shaeffer’s sermon. I praise God for his good ministry to our church.
We feel right at home at Community Baptist in Ankeny, IA. Both the wedding on Saturday and the church yesterday morning were edifying and worshipful opportunities. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts for us..
Lin woke up feeling fine this morning, but soon after she got to her classroom was in great pain. A CT has revealed a kidney stone. I’ve picked up meds and she is trying to rest. Please pray fwith us that this stone passes quickly.
Jeanne R tells me she is in a lot less pain since her shot. Praise God.
Brianna reports that they had to reschedule Emma’s appointment because she has a cold. Emma seems to be doing better with the treatment she has received. Also Brianna reports that their niece was sent home with an MRI in her future.
Pray for those among us who struggle with habits of sin or addictions. Pray for home and marriages. Pray for those our church is touching to know the Lord.
I’m sure those who heard Julaine yesterday have things to pray for! Pray for our country, our culture.
Tomorrow is Senior Lunch and Bible Study at Rolling Meadows at noon. We will continue to walk through Colossians.
