Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, This morning I read Psalm 37 with Lin. Verse one reads “Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.” Need I say more? Don’t worry about the wicked. Don’t envy those who break the rules.
Pray for one another. This afternoon Jean W is having a “Watchman” installed in her heart to help regulate her heart beat. This is surgery performed with a catheter. She hopes to come home from St. Lukes tomorrow. She would appreciate your prayers. Mollie H still struggles with breathing. Donna B will learn Tueseday what the doctors recommend for her leaky heart valves. Van’s sister-in-law, Kelly, is receiving chemo for lymphoma.
Pray for our state judicial system and the challenges to our current law that defends the unborn.
Pray for our upcoming mission trip. Those going to Canada are Charlie L, Brittany L, Jack L, Sarah L, Joe S, Anya S, Annamary S, and Hannah S.
Pray for the high school seniors in our church: Sadie, William, Anya, Levi, and Hannah.
Pray for our missionaries Wagners and Taylors as they work to learn a foreign language and adapt to a new culture.
Pray for safety of our law officers, both locally and those on duty at our country’s southern border.
Pray for Trinity Baptist School that we would end the school year well. Pray for God to send us the students He would have us minister to in the next school year.
Pray for God to work among us on the Lord’s Day. Pray for Don Shire as he ministers to us.
