Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. I love it when God makes the way before us simple. Like, “Here’s the path. Walk in it.” Today’s cold weather is such instruction. It’s God’s way of saying, “Limit your outdoor activities and be thankful for what is warm!”
I’m praying the wind dies down and it warms up a bit for Saturday evening’s Christmas Eve service. We will begin a night of music, Scripture, and contemplation at 6:00 a.m. The candles are ready. Join us if you can.
Contrary to our normal, this Sunday we will only have our 10:00 a.m. service. According to my records, for the 6th time I will let Daniel Davidson tell us about the night the Bethlehem shepherds saw God.
My Uncle Dave covets your prayers. He is still dealing with complications from his esophagus removal. Pray for strength and pain relief for Jean. Pray for those who grieve. Pray for those traveling. Pray that our church would follow the Truth we have been given.
Embracing Truth. Equipping Saints. Merry Christmas. Pastor
