Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family,
Some updates. Carolyn O’s surgery went well. The preliminary evaluation is that there is no cancer. She spent the night in Milwaukee with plans to go home today.
Levi S made it to Ankeny, IA, but not without his car engine dying. They were able to tow his car the last hour of the way. Amber returned home at 2:00 a.m. Pray for the logistics of what to do with the car and for his first days away from home.
Sunday is our annual church picnic. We will pray and begin our potluck lines at 12:30 p.m. so there is a break of an hour between church and dinner. Bring lawn chairs and a dish to share. The church will provide table service, serving utensils, water, lemonade, brats, dogs, condiments, and buns. A donation jar will be there if you’d like to help with the meat purchased. Pastor Charlie will have some games ready for the afternoon’s entertainment. Come and enjoy an afternoon of fellowship and fun.
