April 26, 2020 Carol
Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family: Carol Purcell’s daughter told me last night that the plans were that Ross and Carol might move to Hospice Home of Hope tomorrow. Now she has told me that Carol has slipped significantly and is not expected to stay with us. Ross and his sister-in-law are working to get in to see Carol today. Her children are flying in tomorrow. I was able to speak to Carol by phone with the help of a nurse.
Please pray for Carol’s recovery. I believe she has several things working against her. Pray for Ross today for his health and mind. Pray for their children as they travel in hopes of seeing Carol.
May I remind us of Psalm 91:1-2? “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
