Lloyd Peace – 2012, January

Monday starts the big youth retreat for the Santo Antônio teens. The retreat is actually being held upriver in São Paulo de Olivença where a coworker has camp facilities. Approximately 70 teens plus leaders will be heading out Monday by boat. Please pray for them throughout the week. Pray for hearts open to God’s Word. Pray that the teens would sincerely evaluate their lives and see where they need to make positive changes. Pray for safety and health. Pray for good attitudes. Pray for the speakers.

Continue to pray for the $1,282 in monthly support we still need to raise before heading back to Brazil. We know it is a lot of money, but our God is big enough to accomplish it. Our financial support team is made up of churches as well as individuals. Sixty-four donors at $20 per month would get us to our goal. One hundred twenty-eight $10 per month donors would get us there. This is just to give you an idea, but monthly support can be pledged in any amount.
