Where’s your taxpayer so-called stimulus money going in Wisconsin? For starters, UW-Madison is getting taxpayer stimulus money for research grants. Faculty grants include money for stem-cell research and Antarctic weather stations. And how about using those hard-earned taxpayer dollars “for financial support to local art organizations”? (Check out item XXVII on the list.)
“Kings and Queens” begins Sunday night at 6:30p This good time of Bible study and fun is for the whole family – mom and dad too. Wednesday will be our last night.
First, Riberalta: In the last email you received from me, I wrote about a trip to Riberalta to visit the best Deaf school in Bolivia. The director of the school is also the pastor of the Deaf church there. He and his wife, Andrés and Sara Kolb, were a great blessing to me. They are doing an excellent job.

The time has arrived to say Good-bye and head back to Zambia on August 6th. It has been such a JOY to be able to travel to all my supporting churches this past year. I am looking forward to seeing the people in Zambia but it is always hard to say good-bye to loved ones here in the States. So as you can imagine, emotions are running high.
