Well it is here – the first predicted snow storm of the season. It is always a struggle to know what to do with scheduled events. Here is basically how we operate.

I want to thank you for praying for me last week as the trip to Cochabamba was very profitable. A national association for interpreters was set up (ILSB – Interpreters of Bolivian Sign Language), with the profile and ethics hashed out among 65 interpreters from all across Bolivia. Representatives were chosen among the nine departments and I was chosen to represent Sucre, Chuquisaca.
