Thank you so much for praying for my return trip back to Zambia. I arrived back safely on August 8th and have been trying to settle back into my home and different ministry responsibilities. I have returned to Grace Baptist Church and it was a joy to see old faces but also new ones. We are still praying that God will provide a piece of land so that we can build a church.
I have a humorous story to share. (At least it was humorous to me!) Yesterday, I was trying to explain to Paolina how you make french toast. I explained it in detail how you dip the bread in the egg mixture. etc. Unfortunately, I could not remember the Spanish word for “dip.” But still, after 22 years in Bolivia, I thought I had explained it pretty well! Ha! That’s what I get for thinking!

Pastor Rory, Pastor Leeds, and their wives attended the 59th Annual Meeting of the Wisconsin Fellowship of Baptist Churches held at the 1st Baptist Church of West Bend on Monday and Tuesday. We enjoyed the fellowship with our friends from around the state and the preaching of Dr. Fred Moritz.
Praise God !!! That translates to $2,919 pesos. There is an international pastor’s meeting in October 6-9. We can deliver the blessing then to the Argentine pastors. An item of prayer is this year I have been asked to bring a message. I enjoy preaching to people but it is another story when asked to preach to preachers.
