I just wanted to drop a note to those who are concerned about the FLU that seems to be going around. TBS will have school tomorrow (Monday, October 19th)! Many parents are concerned about H1N1 as are we. TBS will take a close look on Monday at what students are out and for what reasons, however we are not going to close school.

The Lady Patriot’s lost their first game this afternoon, so have to work their way through the loser’s bracket beginning at 8a tomorrow. The bus leaves the parsonage at 6a if you would like to come along!
Our former church member and former missionary to Romania – Robin Siedschlag – passed away this past Wednesday afternoon. Her death was very sudden.
Dick and Robin were living in Colorado, but their family roots are here in the Waupun area. The family has asked for the funeral to be at Trinity Baptist.
In this life we live with disappointment. The Proverbs says “hope deferred makes the heart sick.” We get our little heart bent on how things are supposed to be and then when they are not, we are down.
My magenta-colored, 1995 Baretta had a heavy frost on her today. It was a nuisance. I was late for my first appointment waiting for the frost on the windows to clear.
