In recent years I have interviewed three different families who have come to our church about their church search when they moved to Fond du Lac. I asked them the same question. “Where did Trinity Baptist fit in on your list of churches you wanted to try?” All three of them said the same thing to me – dead last.
Just a note to let you know that I will be headed back to Zambia on Monday, January 17th. I am thankful for the opportunity to return to the States to seek godly counsel. A week before I returned to the States in November my Baptist Mid-Missions Field Administrator called me in Zambia and told me I should consider looking for another field.

We were going to begin a series on Family Finances in our adult SS classes this week. We are going to have to postpone this series for a couple of weeks because of family commitments that our teacher has. So this week in Sunday School I am going to talk about a couple of words we often use to describe our church: “independent” and “fundamental.”
The referendum for independence is this entire week long process. Many issues are still unresolved but this could be a start of a new nation & new opportunities for Christ’s servants to minister! Join us in prayer for His will on earth as it is in heaven and God’s people to see it and follow.
