This Thursday is Grandparent’s Day. This is always a great time – whether or not you have grandparents in our school. Come for good food and a chance to see what God is doing at Trinity Baptist School. Lunch is at 11:45a.
Once every two years we have an pie auction to raise money for our Awana Clubs. It’s time to either bring a pie or buy a pie or both bring and buy a pie this Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Come for a fun time. Come and get some great pie! Come help us raise money for our Awana Clubs. Out adult Bible studies will end at 7:30p to allow everyone a chance to join the auction.
Missionary Michael on deputation to Brazil is our missionary this weekend. He will be speaking during our International Dinner Saturday evening, speak again during Sunday School, and preach in our evening service Sunday night.
In the past Pat Miller has asked us to pray for a friend from their last church who has suffered from cancer. Tiffany Beachell is married and has 2 little girls. Pat learned this morning that this Christian lady has passed away. Please pray for her husband, Dan, and their family – that they might be surrounded by God’s grace during their grief.
It was a beautiful day for a picnic as many of the Bagamoyo church family drifted into Dalilton and Hilda’s yard. Their two-year-old son’s birthday was the occasion and they were excited to have their believing friends meet their relatives and neighbors. Happy chatter surrounded the process of setting up the rustic “kitchen” and the cooking began while children played and men visited.
