Lin and I are at the Wisconsin Fellowship of Baptist Churches annual Pastors and Wives Fellowship. This year it is being hosted by Pastor Steve Hollenbeck and the good people at East Delevan Baptist Church. Our preacher yesterday and today is Dr. Marty Marriott from Maranatha. “Addicted to the Ministry” is our theme. Several who were registered did not get to attend because of the snow and ice.
Rory and Travis are traveling to PA today. They will attend a conference in the Philadelphia are through Friday. Then, pray for them as they return Friday-Saturday.
If you prayed for the Leeds’ travels today, thanks. The girls made it to Northland and Lin and I are safe in East Delevan.
Due to the current winter storm warning and rapid accumulations of snow and ice; we have decided to cancel the evening service for tonight, February 20. Stay warm.
Lin’s Kindergarten through 2nd grade class will favor us with some President’s Day songs to begin the morning. Randy will return for the second installment of his series on Finances in adult Sunday School. This Lord’s Day morning we will continue our “Live by Faith” series on the book of Romans by examining “You who Judge” from chapter 2:1-16. Pastor Rory will preach in the evening service.
