Sunday morning we will take some time to honor Pastor Rory Martin and Principal Jeremy Shaeffer for serving the Lord at Trinity Baptist for 10 years. Both men came to us right after college and have grown into wonderful ministries here. This evening we will have a cake fellowship after the evening service in their honor.
Randy Martin is back with his financial series in Sunday School. Regan Martin is our preacher in the evening. In the morning service we are in one of the most exciting and practical texts in Scripture: Romans 5:20-6:10. In light of grace we will look at our relationship to sin.
One of the challenges of starting a new ministry is finding the balance between busy and getting things done. There are days that in trying to find people to minister to that it is hard to find people that don’t need to be ministered to.
We being our summer schedule and programming this Wednesday evening. Our time is moved back to 7:00 p.m. We still have something for everyone: nursery, pre-school, primaries/juniors, teens, and two adult classes. Come join us for a mid-week time of prayer and Bible study.
As always, God is good, always. Even in the midst of challenges God is good and always up to something good. Blessings for which to rejoice – The average number of participants in our Sunday night, neighborhood Bible studies has been 9.
