Twas the day after Thanksgiving; 72 hungry people were served: Five large
turkeys, six pies, several salads, mashed potatoes, corn pudding, green
beans, and yams – more food than one meal deserves!
My feet are tired, my back is sore, but I’m reminded once again how much we have to be thankful for.
I am writing using the computer of my friend Cynthia. She has a Mac – the Cadillac of Computers – and I have to admit, it IS nice! And since the computer is Cynthia´s – that means I am in Sucre! It has been a blessing to see so many of my friends, Deaf and Hearing alike! I came on Monday so that I could spend some time with Antonieta who had to travel on Tuesday.
Just a note to those to whom we care about to wish you and your family a blessed Thanksgiving. We pray God’s grace be upon you and yours and praise God that we have your prayers for us here in Argentina.

The Leeds will once again join my Mom’s side of the family in Wisconsin Rapids for Thanksgiving. We eat at the Hotel downtown and then spend the afternoon talking and watching the younger ones play in the pool. We pack our own buffet for the evening. It’s the one chance per year I have to spend with my first cousins.
