Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family,
Psalm 104:33-34 I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. 34 May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord.
I don’t know about you, but I feel like this has been a busy summer. Now that produce is multiplying in gardens, it is time to get ready for school!
Sarah was at Camp Chetek the first half of this week. She took 5 primary campers – Shaeffers and Brakers. Pray for safety as they travel home this afternoon.
Tomorrow, Thursday, August 1st is Men’s Retreat. Pray for safety and spiritual refreshment. Pray the rain stays away and we survive the heat!, Jeremy, Charlie, and I will each preach once during these 3 days.
This coming Sunday, August 4th, we will have Lord’s Table. I said last week that our benevolent offering on Sunday morning would be a gift for the Missionary Peace family.
I am preaching Sunday morning! We will resume our walk through Hebrews 13. We are back to “normal” adult Sunday School classes with Curt and Ben. On Sunday evening, I am going to be preaching from Hosea. We have a Building/Grounds Committee meeting this Sunday at 5:00 p.m. We will review where we are in projects and maintenance and set goals for the coming year.
Counting tonight, July 31st, we have 5 more weeks of our summer Wednesday Bible study series. We have 3 classes; one for children, one for teens, and one for the adults. We find Paul in Athens as we begin tonight’s study.
Pray for one another. Pray for the persecuted Church. Pray for repentance and hunger for God’s Word in our Country.
Embracing Truth. Equipping Saints.
