Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Tomorrow is Grandparents’ Day at Trinity Baptist School. Lunch is in the basement at 11:45 a.m. A program in the auditorium will follow. School will be dismissed about 1:30 p.m.
We had a great night at our Awana Annual Pie Auction. We raised over $2,100. That means we will be sending over $1,000 to the Boisverts for Tri-M for literature in Mongolia and have $1,000 for our own Awana extras. Thank you to all who participated whether by baking or buying pies or both.
We learned last evening that Nick R was going to have his appendix removed today. I have seen on Facebook that the surgery went well. Pray for his healing. We also learned this morning that Ron H went to the hospital with congestive heart failure. Pray for answers to be found and his recovery from this.
Continue to pray for the church of Jesus in hot spots around the world: Gaza, Israel, Ukraine, Russia, Sudan, and in countries where those who become Christians are persecuted or killed – like India, China, and Saudi Arabia. Praise God for the political liberty we have and pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ.
Pray for our country. The divide seems to be growing larger. Recent events in Gaza have only served to show how divided our country is.
The Teens have a hayride and bonfire youth activity at Mohrs this coming Saturday evening. If you have any questions, contact Pastor Charlie.
Pray for our church – that we be content and holy. Pray for the Word of God to be large as we meet together on this coming Lord’s Day.
Embracing Truth. Equipping Saints.
Pastor
