Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Simple words, but profound in their application. I don’t need to find another way. I don’t need to seek for truth. My access to the Father and to my eternity is found in Jesus. End of story.
Pray for those who are grieving. I have learned this week of 3 who have passed away who have been or are connected to the people of Trinity Baptist Church. Mike L’s aunt Margaret passed away. Pray that Mike and Sue might show the Light of Jesus as they spend time with family and friends. Then, I have been asked on Tuesday to officiate a memorial service at Uecker-Witt for Shanette Strizek. Shanette and her family attended our church some years ago. And yesterday, former member Bob Laudolff contacted some of our church family to say that his wife Katie had passed away. Shanette and Katie were both young leaving behind husbands and children. Pray for hope and healing. Pray for Jesus to be glorified in the sadnesses.
Pray for our church. Pray that the Word of God be bigger than everything or anyone as we come together tomorrow.
