Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Since I was forced to memorize it in the 6th grade, phrases of Psalm 27 have been some of my favorite thoughts. Psalm 27:1-5 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. 3 Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident. 4 One thing I have desired of the Lord, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in His temple. 5 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; in the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.
Continue to pray for Patsy and Dave E. On Friday I was told by Dave that Patsy was in critical condition in ICU. She was unresponsive. Today, she has begun to respond and our hopes have grown. Please pray for Patsy’s healing and for strength and grace for both of them.
Missionary Tim S Said that a pastor named River and several others were arrested when their church service were raided. Continue to pray for their work among the Ukraine refugees. Pray for the Ukrainian church to glorify God. Pray for God’s will to be accomplished in this horrid war.
Pray for our church. Pray the Evil One is chased far from us. May God’s Word be precious to us.
Embracing Truth, Pastor
