Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Revelation 20:15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. Ominous words. I am glad that no human or human system determines whose name is written in this Book. I am also glad that it is by grace and that God has given His own the assurance that their name is written in that Book!
We had a great day at Trinity Baptist yesterday. Pastors are always encouraged by attendance and we had a better attendance yesterday than we have had in years. I am blessed to think that God is using this work, His Church. And the music by the MBU Chamber Strings was beautiful. The sound of 16 strings in our auditorium was pleasant. Praise God for a fun Lord’s Day!
Grandparents Day at Trinity Baptist School is this Friday at 11:45 a.m. Everyone is welcome – you don’t have to be a grandparent of a TBS student to attend. We just like to honor our grandparents on this day. We would like to know who is planning to attend so we can set a place for you at lunch and have enough food for everyone. If you have not yet registered, contact Beth Braker – or respond to this email! The day includes lunch and a few songs from both of our school choirs. We will be done around 1:30 p.m. and the school will be dismissed.
Cider Pressing is a TBC family activity at Carter’s home on Saturday beginning noonish. Bring apples you would like turned into cider, chili to put into the roaster, another item of food, lawn chairs, and plans to fellowship with God’s people. Leave when the kids get cranky.
May you be encouraged by God’s Word. May you grow in your understanding God’s will for you today and forever.
