Dear Trinity Baptist Church Family, Psalm 28:1-2 To You I will cry, O Lord my Rock: do not be silent to me, lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit. 2 Hear the voice of my supplications when I cry to You, when I lift up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary. What separates the people of God from those who have not God? God’s people converse with Him.
Lola’s bone pins were removed yesterday. She is home with crutches and doing well. Next week she has appointments and if all goes well she will be getting protective gear that will enable her to begin putting weight on her leg. Praise God! Ken had 3 artery stents inserted yesterday. I spoke with him this morning. Pray for his healing. I am on day five of a big chemo week. I’ll have over 25 hours here by the time this day is through. Next week is much lighter, just one day of a couple of hours. I am beginning to tire, but feeling better than I expected. Jeremy’s friend’s daughter, Alexa, is not well and not expected to live long. Continue to pray for Jeremy’s healing. Suzanne has had an MRI that finds crushed disks as the reason for her leg pain. She is hoping to see a doctor at Froedtert. We all thank you for your love and prayers. Pray for continued protection of our ministries from COVID.
There is a brat fry at the Waupun Piggly Wiggly today and tomorrow to raise funds for the Brakers. Saturday, the teens have a Harvest Party at Charlie and Brittany’s home at 5:00 p.m.
Sunday is Lord’s Table. Sunday morning we will see how the church should behave during the time of the end from 1 Peter 4:7-11. Sunday School is normal. Sunday evening Pastor Shaeffer is preaching from Luke. Choir practice is at 5:00 p.m. We have only 4 more Sunday choir practices before our Christmas Cantata on December 13th! Wow!
Love the Lord. Praise Him. Worship your Creator. He is worthy!
Embracing Truth, Pastor
