August 3rd-6th will be Vacation Bible School at Trinity Baptist. We are going to focus upon creation. We will have classes for everyone from 2yrs old through adults – 2 to 102! We will begin during the 10:00 a.m. morning service on August 3rd and continue Sunday through Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m.
I dropped Lin off at the Milwaukee airport at 4:00 A.M. yesterday morning. Pray she has an effective ministry. She should be teaching volleyball this morning and this afternoon.
We had a delightful day yesterday. Regan told us of the arrival of his twins boys. The choir was appreciated by many. Rory did an excellent job preaching last evening.
Today, Rory, Christa, and their boys left for Northland Camp with the bus, 8 juniors, and 4 teens. Pray they have a great week spiritually – and that they are physically safe!

I have been sitting in a firework’s tent in Neenah attempting to raise some money for my college age children. During the downtimes – which are many the first week – I have time to read and cannot do much else.
I read a book recommended to Lin called “The Shack.” It is a novel-with-an-agenda. The author uses a story about a man named Mack to challenge our thinking about God.
