It’s time again for the Trinity Baptist Awana Club Pie Auction. It will be held in the church basement at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1st. We are looking for all you great bakers to make and donate a delicious pie. Then, we need lots of hungry folks to come and bid!
Pastor Rory and Dan and Lin Leeds will be traveling to Tomah on Monday, September 15th for the annual meeting of the Wisconsin Fellowship of Baptist Churches. We will return on Tuesday in time for the TBS home games.
Our second annual Take Back the Home was this weekend. We had a concert using local talent on Friday night, September 12th. We heard and sang about 30 selections. Soloists included Deb Bohrer, Ross Martin, Naiza Delica, and Jeremy Shaeffer. A ladies trio called Grace Notes and our own City Lights rounded out the special numbers. Dan Fitch played the offertory.
Missionary Mike Marshall will be in Sunday School and the evening service this Lord’s Day, September 14, 2008.
The 2008-2009 Awana year will kick off this coming Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. We are looking forward to our 15th Awana year at TBC.
Last year we added Puggles, a class for 2 year olds. So we have an Awana Club for 2 years through high school.
