Our Fall 2016 Bible Conference featured Pastor Scott Williquette. Pastor Williquette was the senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Rockford, Il. for 19 years. Recently, he has partnered with a ministry called PeP (Pastor Enrichment Program). This ministry allows him to go into third-world countries and educate pastors.
