Praise the Lord for the safe arrival from Montana of Hannah, Quincy, and Liam Leeds. They arrived last evening and will be with us until after New Year’s.

I received a letter from Missionary Charlie Smith that tells about his recent stay in the hospital where he received two stents in an artery. You will remember that he had by-pass surgery when he was home for furlough a couple of year ago. Pray for our a strong recovery. Pray for wisdom for Charlie and JoAnn concerning ministry and activities.

Missionary Lloyd Peace has asked that we pray for outreach Christmas programs that will take place in Manaus, Brazil on the 24th and 25th. Pray that many from the community attend and that souls might be saved.

Pray too for our Christmas services. The Christmas Eve candlelight service is at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, Christmas Day, we are only having a 10:00 a.m. service – no Sunday School or evening service. There will be coffee and sweet breads at 9:30 a.m. Pray that visitors might hear the gospel plainly.

We have our normal Bible Study and Awana tonight.

Embracing Truth,

Pastor
