Our annual end-of-summer church picnic is this coming Lord's Day. We will meet at the Kaufman home about 12:30p for dinner, talking, swimming, fun, and a volleyball tournament. Bring a dish to pass and come for the afternoon.

VBS and Revival meetings begin this Lord's Day morning. We will have 6 meetings: Sunday School, the morning service, and then Sunday through Wednesday evenings at 6:30p. Brother Mike Manor will be here to minister to the teens and adult. Pastor Kirby Huseby will be here to work with the children. I am looking forward to a great week. Invite a friend. Our adult Bible Studies will look at the many effort Solomon made in his life to find satisfaction. It is quite a biography given for us in Ecclesiastes 2. Then during the preaching service we will find "Eternity in our Hearts" in chapter 3. Regan is our preacher Sunday evening.

Lin says she and the girls are having a good week at volleyball camp at MBBC. They were 9-3 in team play as of last night.

Due to the cloudy conditions and the threat of rain later today, the girl's athletic teams' car wash is canceled for today.

Pray for Van, Patty, Daniel, and David Fitch. Patty's dad passed away suddenly yesterday. They will be traveling to Ohio this weekend. Pray for Patty's mom - Martha Patton. She has not been well.

Need some stuff? Come to the TBS rummage sale today and tomorrow. It will be held in the gym. Lots and lots of stuff available. Then come to the car wash Saturday at the church. Help the girls earn money for volleyball.
